ZACHEM S.A. manufactures and markets chemical and intermediate products for chemical, cable, and power industries. The company抯 products include polyurethane foams, toluenediisocyanate, epichlorohydrin, allyl chloride, saturated polyesters, lacquers, adhesives, and inorganic products. It owns and operates synthesis, epichlorhydrin, PUR foam, and plastic plants. ZACHEM S.A. was founded in 1989 and is based in Bydgoszcz, Poland. As of November 30, 2006, ZACHEM S.A. is a subsidiary of Ciech SA.
